Mr Flip

Mr. Flip enters a store, where his unwanted attentions offend the
woman at the counter. He is ushered out of the store, and then goes to
see a manicurist, whom he again annoys with his flirtations. This
time, he is punished by her co-worker. But he still has not learned
his lesson, as he proceeds to demonstrate further.
